Utilities Assessment
Turn-Key can provide an assessment of your utilities usage and provide you with a plan to reduce your costs to the lowest possible level. The assessment begins with gathering utility billing data from the previous 12 month period, along with your production data. We will calculate your utility usage per pound and provide comparison data to industry averages, as well as best practices. Then we will examine your facility, looking at your boiler room, loading docks, washroom, finishing areas and office areas to identify opportunities for reducing consumption. Additionally, we will look at how you are purchasing your energy to see if there are any opportunities for cost savings there. We will compile our findings and plan of action into a report and review the findings with you, so that you are fully prepared to implement the recommendations.
