Time and Motion Studies
Turn-Key Industrial Engineering Services can provide time and motion studies to establish production standards. The process begins with a site visit during which Turn-Key verifies that each production task is done in an efficient manner with no unnecessary steps. If there is a need to redefine the steps and retrain the operator, it is done at this point. After all tasks are verified, then data is collected for each production task. This data is then used to calculate production standards for each process. The time and motion data, associated calculations, and production standards are assembled into a written report and reviewed with the client. Turn-Key will accompany management onto the production floor to observe the validity of the new standards.
