Production Tune-Up
Turn-Key Industrial Engineering Services can give your operation a Production Tune-Up. These services are designed to reduce operating costs by identifying areas where your staff is under performing or not following your already established procedures. After identifying the areas requiring improvement, Turn-Key will document an Action Plan to improve performance and then work with your staff to acheive the objectives of the plan.
The process will begin with on-site implementation and training. Turn-Key will work in the plant side-by-side with the operations management team. We will conduct both formal and informal training sessions, develop management systems, and implement changes during this time period. The initial training period will be followed by three follow-up visits. These visits will be used to ensure that the production management team is using the tools and training implemented during the initial on-site period. The follow-up visits will also be used to make adjustments to optimize the impact on the operation.
During the initial on-site period and follow-up visits, Turn-Key will submit weekly progress reports that document events that took place during the previous week and identify upcoming issues. After the operations development training is complete, Turn-Key will submit a report that documents the various training topics and production management tools implemented during the project. This report will also include directions to modify and utilize these tools in the future.
