Chip Malboeuf

President/Principal
Chip has 17 years of experience in process analysis and layout design for the textile rental industry. Chip has been with Turn-Key since 2002 serving as Vice President of Operations and was appointed President in 2011. Prior to joining Turn-Key he served as Engineering Manager for Omni Services, Inc., overseeing the Capital Project and Process Engineering groups. He had held positions as Project Engineering Manager and Division Engineer during his seven-year tenure at Omni Services. He is Lean Six Sigma certified. Chip currently serves on the HLAC Advisory Committee and has prior committee experience serving four years as a member of the UTSA Plant Operations Steering Committee. His other career experience includes design and modification of power distribution systems for nuclear aircraft carriers at Newport News Shipbuilding. Chip holds a Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Western New England College. Jack Rogers

Senior Production Specialist
Jack has over twenty years of operations management experience in the laundry industry. His expertise includes production scheduling, inventory control and tracking, preventive maintenance, statistical process control, production methods and standards, process improvement, and project management. Before joining Turn-Key, Jack was an Operations Manager with Rental Uniform Service and Aramark. Jack also draws on experience from the steel industry where he worked as an operator, foreman, Quality Manager, and Plant Manager for E. F. Hauserman and Cleveland Metal Products. He has been an instructor at the TRSA/UTSA Production Management Institute since 2006.
